He is a barista in JJ Royal Bistro, Senayan City, Jakarta. I met him when I took photograph and interviewed for Home Garden magazine, next February 2014 edition. The theme are coffee pairing and the latte art. Talking about coffee always be interesting moment for me. And Ian, the barista who love books very much, told me how long he learned about coffee. “I don’t count the the time, and may be can’t count,” he said.
